Junko, Inc. (“app” or “we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our applications and websites (“you”). We have prepared this privacy policy to describe to you our practices regarding the Personal Data (as defined below) that we collect from users of our applications and websites (collectively, the “Site”) and online services (the “Services”). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control.
By using our Site and our Services you understand and agree to the terms of this privacy policy and you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not install, use, or access our Site or our Services. We may update this policy from time to time and will post updates to this policy on this web page, including the policy's effective date.
If you are minors in accordance with applicable laws in your country/region, you must read this Policy with your guardian(s) and get their concent of getting access to the Sites and Services.
- 1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
- “Personal Data” means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, bank account, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data, for example, contents that you create using our Site and our Services (“Content”). “Aggregate Data” means Personal Data that has been combined by or for app into anonymous groups of users, where the groups are large enough to reasonably prevent individual users from being identified, and “Anonymized Data” is Personal Data that has been anonymized by or for app so that it does not allow any third party to easily identify a specific individual.
- 2. INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US DIRECTLY
- Basic account information
- In order to register for a app account on the Site, you are required to provide app with certain Personal Data, such as your email address, telephone number, username and password. Your user name is listed publicly on the Services, including in search results. We may use your email address to send you information about the Services, provide customer support or to notify you of additional app products and services. You may use your account settings to unsubscribe from notifications from app.
- Additional profile information
- You may also choose to provide app with additional Personal Data for your profile, which we will make it public (your “Public Profile”), such as pictures, your location data and an additional blurb about yourself. The information that you provide in your Public Profile will be visible to others, including anonymous visitors to the Site.
- Information from third party social network accounts
- If you sign into the Site with a third party social network account, such as Facebook Connect, we will collect information that you have agreed to make it available to app through such account, which may include: (1) your first and last name, (2) your user ID/URL, (3) your profile picture, (4) your list of friends, (5) your email address and/or telephone number, and/or (6) your birthday. This information will be primarily used for user registration and to enhance your social experience on the Site, which may include friend-to-friend interaction and notifications, chat, or messaging functionality, public leaderboards, head-to-head competition and other similar features. If you sign into app with a third party social network account and agree to make your list of friends on such network available to app, your friends on such network will automatically follow you on the Site(if available) and your app account will be automatically configured to follow your friends(if available). You can, however, unfollow any other user on app at any time.
- Content, following and other public information
- App's Services are designed to help you create and share Content. Most of the information you offer to app is information you ask app to disclose, which includes the Content you create and the metadata associated with it, such as the time you created it, the people you follow, the Contents you mark as favorites or you share, and your comments on Content provided by other users. We will associate this information with your Personal Data and we may use this information and other information that results from your use of the Site and/or Services to customize the content we show you, for example, ads.
- When you share information or Content via the Site or the Services, you should think carefully about what you are making public.
Any content created in app should follow the community rules, and DO NOT share and/or post any of the contents involving:

(1) Child endangerment,
(2) Gambling,
(3) Tobacco and alcohol,
(4) Marijuana and/or any other drugs,
(5) Dangerous products, such as weapons,
(6) Violence or promotion of violence,
(7) Actions, speeches and/or promotion related to Terrorism or Terroist,
(8) Actions, speeches and/or promotion related to hatred, bullying and harassment,
(9) Actions or speeches related to sexual profanity,
(10) Activities that violate local laws, and
(11) Specific topics and/or events restricted by local Authorities.

Once the aforesaid contents are found by app or are reported by other users, app will delete all related contents, and may take further measures(including but not limited to banned related accounts temporarily or permanently) according to the situation.
- Disclose your inforamtion in public
- Message boards and/or comment areas for contents("public forum") may be available to you through the Site and/or the Services. Please remember that any information you post in these areas will become public information. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited responses. You should be cautious about your personal information when deciding to disclose any of your personal information and/or contents in a public forum.
- Surveys and contests
- We sometimes conduct or sponsor surveys and contests. Participation in such surveys and contests is completely voluntary. If you decide to participate, we may ask you for further information including contact measures, information of using Sites and/or Services, and other information. We shall use this Personal Data to understand you and your use of the Site and Services, and improve the Site and Services. We may or may not provide you with the results of such surveys and contests.
- 3. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES
- Log data and location information
- When you use the Services, we automatically collect certain log data, including your IP address, hardware type, unique device ID, the version of your operating system, your activity within the Services, and your location (based on opt-in location-based services, which rely upon device's GPS coordinates). We use this information to provide you with necessary Service (such as log-in service), track your usage and habits of Service, troubleshoot related problems, and improve the Services, and to help us understand how you and our other users use the Site and Services.
- Cookies and similar technologies
- The Site uses cookies and other similar technologies, which store certain record information on your computer or mobile device, to collect usage data, keep track of your preferences, deliver content and advertising specific to your interests, and for other similar purposes. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. These cookies can't read other data from your hard drive or read cookie files created by other sites or applications. Most browsers are set to accept cookies unless you reconfigure your browser to refuse them or to notify you when you will have received one. If you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to use certain features of the Site and Services.We do not currently respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that might enable consumers to opt out of tracking on the Site and Services.
- Data Statistics Tools
- We use data statistics and analysis tools and relavant functions to collect information about your use of the Site. Such tools will collect your behaviour information such as how often you visit the Site, what pages you visit when you do so, and what other sites you used prior to coming to the Site. We will use this information to understand your usage habits and preferences and analyze your needs, so that we can inprove our Sites provide better services to you and other users in the future. We will not facilitate the merging of your Personal Data with non-personally identifiable information collected through the tools or fuctions unless we have given you notice of that merger.
- Payment Data
- When you use the in-app purchase service, we may collect your UID, device ID, payment channel, and payment account information (such as your payment account name, bank card number, transaction number) in order to confirm your payment status, provide you with the props or services you are going to purchase, or verify your account information when necessary to ensure the security of your account. Please note that you will complete the payment through the third-party payment channel you use. You should read the privacy agreement (or other similar documents or agreements) of the payment channel in detail to understand the personal data you provide when using the channel to complete the payment.
- 4. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
- We do not share or disclose your Personal Data to third parties except under the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy.
- Other users
- Any information in your Public Profile (e.g., your username and any profile image, location or additional information that you provide as part of your Public Profile, but not your first and last name or email address) will be accessible by other users of the Site and Services. Content that you create through or upload to the Site or the Services will be public and available to users of the Site and the Services. For information about how to delete Content from the Site or the Services, you may seek for help from customer service in Site. Similarly, if you comment on any Content on the Site or the Services, your comments will be public and available to users of the Site and the Services.
- With your consent
- We shall disclose your Personal Data with your consent. We may receive your concent from your express concent or your authorisation to us, and you will grant such consent to us in the Service Agreement, this Privacy Policy, or in other files, notice or announcement you agree with us. We may, in accordance with related legislations or regulations on Personal Data, ask for your separate consent and/or authorisation for certain Personal Data's disclosure.
- Our Advertisers and other business partners
- We may share Anonymized or Aggregated Data about our users or the use of the Site or Services with our advertisers and partners. This means that we may tell our advertisers general information about the characteristics of our users, but we do not specifically identify a particular user or visitor by name or provide your contact information.
- We may share your unique device ID and/or your location (based on opt-in location-based services, which rely upon a device's GPS coordinates) with third parties, including advertisers and partners, or provide reports to such parties about the number of unique users who saw or clicked on their advertisements. We may also share certain information such as cookie data with third-party advertising partners. This information, among other things, allows third-party ad networks to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you.
- Other Service providers
- We may disclose your information on a confidential basis to nonaffiliated service providers we engage to perform services for app in connection with the Site and our provision of the Services. Information will be shared with such service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to perform such services.
- Required by law
- Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (as described in Section 7 below), we may preserve and disclose your information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in connection with any legal investigation, or by law or regulation, including in response to a court order, subpoena or other legal demand or request.
- Safety and security
- Regardless of any choices you make regarding your Personal Data (as described in Section 7 below), we may preserve and disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud, security or technical issues, to protect app's rights or property, and/or to investigate or assist in preventing any violation or potential violation of the law, this Privacy Policy, or our Service Agreement.
- Change of control
- We may share some or all of your Personal Data in connection with, or during negotiation of, any merger, financing, acquisition or dissolution, transaction or proceeding involving sale, transfer, divestiture, or disclosure of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, Personal Data may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company acquires our company, business or assets, that company will possess the Personal Data collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.
- Creation of Anonymous and Aggregated Data
- We may create Anonymous and/or Aggregated Data records from Personal Data by excluding information (such as your name) that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous and Aggregated Data to analyze request and usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services and improve Site navigation. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to use Anonymous and/or Aggregated Data for any purpose and to disclose Anonymous and/or Aggregated Data to third parties for any purpose.
- 5. SECURITY
- Our websites have certain security measures in place in effort to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Personal Data under our control. However, No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We shall take no resposibilities on the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Personal Data due to force majeure such as network failure, communication failure, hacking event and cyber attacks.

If you find that your account has been illegally used by others, you should immediately notify us.It is not excluded that the account and password are illegally used by others due to hacker behavior or the negligence of the user on the Internet, and we assume no responsibilities in such situations.
- 6. THIRD PARTY'S WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
- The Services contain links to third party websites and applications. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave the Site and go to another site and another entity may collect Personal Data, Anonymous Data, and/or Aggregated Data from you. We have no control over, do not review, and cannot be responsible for, these outside websites or their content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites or applications. The links to such websites or applications are for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of such third parties or their products, content or websites, and we suggest that you may review the privacy policies of those websites and applications carefully before your use of such websites or applications.
- 7. CORRECTING AND UPDATING INFORMATION; DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
- We offer the ability to correct or update your Personal Data collected during registration via your account settings on our Sites or Service, or seek for help by contacting support via our customer support officer.If you think it is necessary to delete your personal information, you can delete it by contacting UID 10 or by contacting customer support officer on duty in room ID 10001. User data includes user personal data such as the user's real name, ID number, credit card, address, fixed telephone, mobile phone number, email or other identification information.
- 8. REVOCATION OF AUTHORISATION
- You may revoke the information you have authorised to us if you consider it unnecessary. You can revoke this permission and disable related services on the device by device settings and following the prompts of your device.You should understand that we provide the Sites and Service based on authorisation to the personal datas you provide, and your revoking authorisation of some of such datas may affect the availability of part(s) or all Sites and Services.
- 9. YOUR RIGHTS
- We take the protection of your personal data seriously. If you would like to access, correct or delete your personal data, or would like to refuse to receive marketing messages, file a complaint, withdraw consent or exercise other rights under applicable laws and regulations, please follow the instructions below or contact us through UID: 10.
- Access to your personal data
- You have the right to access the personal data we collect about you. For the personal information you voluntarily provide to us, such as nickname, avatar, birthday, etc., you can view it in Sites' profile (settings page); for the personal information you provide and generate when using our Sites or Service (such as chat messages, etc.) As well as the personal information provided to us by third parties (such as third-party platform account information, payment information, etc.), you can query it in the corresponding function.
- Correction of your personal data
- We will take appropriate steps to try to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date. You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. If you think the personal data needs to be corrected, you can contact us through UID: 10. Please note that we cannot keep the personal information provided by third parties up to date, and you need to contact the third party for corrections.
- Right to complain
- You have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority. Before you make a complaint, we also sincerely hope that you will provide us with your opinions first, and we will do our best to answer your questions and protect your rights.
- Right to withdraw consent
- If we process your personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out before you withdrew your consent, nor will it affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on lawful bases other than your consent.
- Other rights provided by applicable law
- If you would like to exercise your other statutory data rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you can contact us throughUID: 10.
- 10. MINOR'S PRIVACY
- In accordance with applicable laws and regulations of your country/region, our Sites and Services may not be allowed to access to persons under the certain ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age, and if we become aware that a child under such ages has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account. If you discover that your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us through UID 10.
- Minors who exceed the aforesaid age limit should get access to our Site and Service with their guardian's prior concent, and their guardian(s) should read, confirm and accept that our Service Agreement and Privacy Policy will be valid between the minors and us. Mionrs' guardians should take effective measures to keep their minors' Personal Data cautiously, and the Personal Data minor offer to us shall be deemed as their guardians' confimation and consent for us to collect and use such datas.
- 11. SPECIAL REMINDER
- (1) We provides you with services such as uploading text, pictures, animations, audios, videos, starting live broadcasts, and allows you to display your personal information, symbols, attributes, introductions, and other information. In these cases, any information you post becomes public information. Therefore, we reminds you to carefully consider whether it is necessary to disclose your personal information in these areas.
- (2) Our Sites and Service may involve minor users. Although we will take effective measures to protect minors and their Personal Data, you should still carefully choose the content you post. If you cannot take effective preventive measures, you should avoid posting, disseminating and sharing any content that is not suitable for minors and/or involves minors' personal datas.

- We may revise this Policy periodically. We will publish such revision prominently on the Sites.
- The right to modify, update and interpret the Policy belongs to Junko team.
- 13. APPLICABLE LAWS
- This policy is subject to the legal regulations agreed upon in the User Agreement. If your region has enacted specific personal information protection law or regulation (such as the EU GDPR), we will also strive to meet the requirements of the relevant provisions.
Service Agreement
This agreement is between Junk, Inc. (“Junko”) and users of Junko’s products, services, applications, and websites (“You”).
- 1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE
- (1) By installing, using, or accessing Junko’s products, services, applications, or websites (collectively the "Service") You signify your agreement to (1) this Service Agreement (the "Agreement"), (2) Junko's Privacy Policy, which you may find it at official website( hereinafter referred to as “website”) and in the Service for reference.
- (2) Although Junko may attempt to notify You when major changes are made to the Agreement, You should periodically review the most up-to-date version at official website. Junko may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the Agreement at any time, and You agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.
- (3) You agree that Junko's services and materials are provided on an "AS IS" basis and Junko expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement, commercial use or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Services, Materials or Products. Junko shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the Services, Materials or Products.
- 2. JUNKO ACCOUNTS
- (1) In order to access some features of the Service, You will have to create a Junko account. You may use third-party authorization to log in to App within the scope permitted by Junko. When you use a third-party login method(for example, log in via your Google Account), Junko may require you to bind an existing Junko account or register a new account and bind it. You agree that in the event of using a third party authorization, you should keep your third-party account properly and be bound by the responsibilities of clauses of this Agreement relating to account registration and account security.
- (2) Your account will only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not be transferred, rented, lent, sold, shared or used by others in any other way (unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by both parties). You may not obtain an account through, including but not limited to, purchasing, renting, borrowing, sharing, utilizing or destroying Junko registration system and/or other means which are without the permission of Junko.
- (3) You may not use another user's account by any means.
- (4) When creating your account, You must provide accurate, true, up-to-date and complete information, promptly update the information if any changes occur, and provide evidence to verify accuracy of the information given upon requests from Junko .
- (5) If you provide any information that is illegal, immoral, or that Junko deems inappropriate for display on the Service, or Junko has reason to suspect that your Information has been generated by an automated program or malicious operation, or has stolen/misused another person's information, or has maliciously used false information, Junko has the right to terminate your account, and refuse you to use all or any part of the Service now and in the future.
- (6) Since you can only keep ONE(1) account, and you are fully responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, you must take measures to keep your account password secure. You must notify Junko immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Junko will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, and you will be fully responsible for any damage caused to you, Junko or any third party due to your failure to keep your account and password safe.
- 3. GENERAL USE OF THE SERVICE
- Junko grants You a permission to access and use the Service as set forth in the Agreement, provided that:
- (1) You agree not to copy, alter or modify any part of the Service.
- (2) You agree not to use the Service for any of the following commercial uses unless you obtain Junko's prior written approval:
A.the sale of access to the Service; or
B.the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions placed on or within the Service, including any content shared on the Service.
- (3) In your use of the Service, You will comply with all applicable laws.
- (4) Junko reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
- 4. YOUR USE OF CONTENT
- In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of content on Junko's Service (“Content”):
- (1) Content on the Service, and the trademarks, service marks and logos on the Service, are owned by or licensed to Junko, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law.
- (2) You may access Content for your personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality of the Service and as permitted under the Agreement. You shall not copy, distribute, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of Junko or the respective licensors of the Content. Junko and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service and the Content.
- (3) You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the Content therein.
- (4) You understand and acknowledge that You may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and You agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies You have or may have against Junko with respect thereto, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junko, its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and licensees to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Service.
- 5. YOUR CONTENT; LICENSE TO App
- (1) As a App account holder, You may post Content to the Service. You understand that App does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any Content you submit.
- (2) You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of posting your Content on the Service. You affirm, represent, and warrant that You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content You post; and You license to Junko all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to such Content for publication on the Service pursuant to the Agreement.
- (3) You retain all of your ownership rights in your Content. However, by posting your Content to the Service, You hereby grant App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, monetize, distribute, modify, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service and Junko's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
- (4) You also hereby grant each user of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to access your Content through the Service, and to use and perform such Content as permitted through the function of the Service and under the Agreement.
- (5) You are free to remove your Content at any time. You understand and agree, however, that Junko may retain, but not display, distribute or perform, server copies of your Content that have been removed or deleted by You. Further, You understand and agree that any Content which you have submitted and has been previously downloaded by any other user or person will remain within the control of such user or person.
- (6) You further agree that Content You post on the Service will not contain any third party's copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless You have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Junko all of the license rights granted herein.
- (7) Junko expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Content. Junko does not permit any of copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on the Service, and Junko will remove all Content if properly notified by the original owner or his/her representative that such Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. Junko reserves the right to remove Content without prior notice.
- 6. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
- (1) Junko will terminate your account to the Service temporarily or permanently if, under appropriate circumstances, you are determined to have infringed the Agreement.
- (2) Junko reserves the right to decide whether your Content violates the Agreement for reasons other than copyright infringement, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscenity, violence or terror. Junko may at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate your account for submitting such materials in violation of the Agreement.
- 7. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Your account may be permanently terminated if you act as the following:
(1)Attacking or demeaning individuals or groups,
(2)Engaging in predatory behavior, stalking, harassment, or intimidation,
(3)Engaging in offensive speech,
(4)Engaging in bullying,
(5)Taking any other action that App determines it harmful to the Service or the use of the Service by others,
(6)Violating any of applicable laws or regulations.
- 8. USER BEHAVIOUR
- (1) By using and/or uploading any live stream content or other content through the Services (including but not limited to pictures, articles, audio content or comments) to publicly accessible areas of App website, you grants to Junko and its sub-licensees the permission of a free, permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable rights and license, without any territorial or time limitations and without requiring any approvals and/or compensations, to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose, create derivate works of, distribute, perform and publicly display such content (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate such content into existing or future forms of work, media or technology.
- (2) You must abide by the following, and any breach of the following may be determined as a breach of article 7:
A.You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country where you are located, and all rules and policies of Junko;
B.You shall comply with all agreements, stipulations and procedures applicable to the Services;
C.You shall not use the Service for any purposes which is in violation of any prevailing laws, decency and public policy;
D.You shall not, in any form, use Services to infringe upon the commercial interests of Junko, including but not limited to the posting of commercial advertisements without the express permission of Junko;
E.You shall not use Services to engage in behavior that may adversely impact the normal operation of the internet or cellular network;
F.You shall not use Services to upload, display or distribute any false, harassing, harmful, violent, pornographic, abusive, threatening, vulgar or obscene messages or information, or any other type of negative, unlawful messages or otherwise objectionable information;
G.You shall not infringe upon the patents, copyrights, trademarks, right to reputation or any other legal rights and interests of any third party;
H.You shall not use Services to engage in any behavior detrimental to the interests of App.
I.Violent or gory actions that cause any shocking, sensational or disrespectful are not allowed. Graphic contents shall provide enough information to show what’s going on. Activities of encouraging others to commit to specific acts of violence are prohibited.
J.Contents that promotes or condones violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity, or whose primary purpose is inciting hatred on the basis of these core characteristics are not allowed in Junko.
K.Junko make efforts to protect the security of user information. Any suspected breach of security shall be investigated. Any attempt to compromise the security of a profile, including fraud, may be referred to law enforcement.
L.Using misleading or inaccurate information to artificially get virtual items is strictly prohibited.
M.Contacting any other users for commercial purposes might be approved without their consent is not allowed in Junko.

(3) App has the right to review and monitor your usage of Services (including, but not limited to, review of content on Services). If Junko, at its sole discretions, reasonably consider that you violates any of the aforementioned stipulations when using the Services, Junko or its authorized agent has the right to request you to rectify the situation or to directly take all necessary measures (including, but not limited to, modifying or deleting the content posted, or terminate your Account temporarily or permanently) to mitigate the impact of your improper conduct without requiring any approval from you.
In addition to the aforesaid provisions, if Junko discovers or reasonably suspects that any of your virtual items in the Services may have an illegitimate or inappropriate source, or is in an abnormal status, Junko is entitled to suspend your rights to use the Services to investigate such virtual items without requiring any approval from you, and Junko, on its sole consideration, has the right to terminante your account temporarily or permanently and withhold ALL virtual items involved in such actions if you:
A.have committed any fraud activities or involved in any fraud activities in topping up your account, or you are found to have obtained virtual items through any abnormal topping-up, or your account is found to have been abnormal with respect with money topping-up; or
B.are found or reasonably confirmed by Junko that some or all of your virtual items in your account are obtained without just cause.
k.You are welcomed to contact Junko by using in-app feedback method to inform Junko anything about other users' violation you find. App teams will verify your reported so as to make sure Junko's Service stay safe.
- 9. The EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS

You understand and agree that the Service and software used by the Service's (hereinafter referred to as "Software") contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
You also understand and agree that the Service, sponsor advertisements that advertisers present to you, or information contained in such Service or advertisements, are also subject to legal protection of copyright, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights. Without the express authorization of the rights holder of aforementioned Service or advertisements, you may not modify, rent, lease, sell, or distribute all or any part of the Service or advertisements, nor create derivative works from such Service or advertisements.
Junko team reserve all rights to the Service, including but not limited to owership, related property rights and intellectual rights. And Junko only grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use, and you cannot (and cannot allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work, reverse engineer, reverse compile, or otherwise find / use any source code, sell, assign, sublicense or provide a security software, or otherwise transfer any right in the software. You agree to use only the functions provided by the Service, and not to use the Service in any other way. You fully acknowledge that the use of unauthorized Service, including any methods for the purpose of unauthorized use of the Service, is strictly prohibited and shall be considered an infringement of Junko and a violation of Article 7 of the Agreement.
- 10. PAYMENT; VIRTUAL ITEMS
- (1) Certain items or value-added services of the Service may be provided by paying fees. Unless expressly provided in the Agreement, all payment made shall be final and Junko shall not provide refund service to you for such items or value-added services you have paid in the Service.
Any gift, sale, transfer or assignment of any kind of virtual items through unoffical channels is prohibited. Such actions, regardless of whether the seller or purchaser is involved, will not be protected by the Service and may result in a permanent termination of your account.
- (2) When you make payments, different third-party entities may provide you with payment services depending on the difference in your payment channels. Please note that matters related to collection services (including but not limited to issuance of invoice and other certificates) will be provided to you by the corresponding payee. Please follow the instructions of the payee. These matters should be handled by you and the corresponding payee yourself. Junko may provide you with corresponding assistance, but such assistance shall not be deemed as Junko assuming any responsibility for matters related to such collection services.
- (3) You may obtain certain virtual items that may be exchanged for other items or services within the Service("Coins") through official channels, such Coins will be credited to your account, and Junko grants you a license to use them. Accordingly, You have no ownership or other property interest in the Coins, and all rights in and to the Coins shall be owned by and enure to the benefit of Junko.
Coins are not redeemable for currency except as required by applicable law, and your account and any unused Coins in that account may not be given, sold, assigned, or transferred. You shall use Coins solely for exchanging other virtual items or services within the Service, and you may not, nor attempt to, trade, give, or sell Coins or other virtual items for any kind of currency, nor exchange these items for any kind of benefits in or outside of the Service through channels that are not owned by the Service.

(4) Junko reserves the right, in accordance with your violation of this Article and applicable laws, at its sole discretion, to terminate your account temporarily or permanently at any time, with or without prior notice.
- (5) Junko reserves the right to terminate your account and clear all of the Coins in it if such account has been inactive for 180 days.
- 11. Subscriptions
- (1) You may purchase different subscription packages of certain subscription periods. For all mobile subscriptions, payment will be charged to your payment channel (for examle,iTunes or Google Play) account when you confirm your purchase.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you switch off the auto-renew feature at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription. This is because your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of your current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and switch off auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes or Google account settings.
If you purchase a subscription with an introductory price, at renewal you will be charged with the original price, which will be higher. If you have already used a free trial of a subscription, you can not use it again after such free trial and you will be charged the full price if you are willing to continue your subscription.
We may change the purchase price for Subscriptions at any time, as well as the features included in Subscriptions.
We reserve the right to stop issuing Subscriptions at any time and to set expiration dates for Subscriptions.
- (2) Subscriptions shall not be redeemed for any sum of money or monetary value.
- (3) You may not cancel your current subscription during the subscription period, although you may cancel automatic renewal at any time. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current subscription term, but your subscription will not be renewed after that term expires.
Purchases of Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, even if they expire, are discontinued, or if your account is terminated. You will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then-current subscription term.
- 12. ADVERTISEMENTS; TRANSACTIONS WITH ADVERTISER AND OTHER THIRD-PARTIES
- (1) You agrees that Junko has the right to, when providing Services, place any type of commercial advertisement in any form or other types of commercial information (including, but not limited to, the placement of advertisements on any page of Junko's Services). You also agrees to receive promotional or other relevant commercial information from Junko through email or other methods.
- (2) Any of your interactions with advertisers and other third parties through the Service with advertisers and other third parties, including but not limited to correspondence or business dealings, participation in promotions, payment of goods or services and their delivery, and reach any other relevant terms, conditions, warranties, and representations, shall be considered solely your actions with such advertiser and/or third-parties. App shall assume no legal responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your dealings with these advertisers or third parties.
- 13. NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENTS
- Junko is protected and bound by intellectual property laws and relevant regulations. The Service itself, and the content transmitted, published and displayed on the Service belongs to the original author/right holder. Without the consent of the original author/right holder, the user may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, compile, upload, publish or commercially use, in whole or in part. If the original author/right holder is unwilling to publish the content on the Service, please notify Junko to delete or restrict in time.If You are an intellectual property owner or agent thereof and believe that any Content on the Service infringes any rights that you own or represent, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement and related evidence, and we will respond accordingly. Please seek official customer service (UID:10) for further information or help.
- 14. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

(1) YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Junko AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. Junko ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY, NOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY
A.ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT,
B.PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE,
C.ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF Junko’S SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN,
D.ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE,
E.ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR ANY SIMILAR SITUATIONS WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR
F.ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- (2) Junko DOES NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE OR FEATURED IN ANY BANNER OR OTHER ADVERTISING, AND Junko WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
- (3) THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
- 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- (1) The User understands and agrees that in view of the particularity of the network service, Junko has the right to change, suspend or terminate part or all of the Service at any time without notifying the User according to the overall operation of Junko or the relevant operation norms and rules. If the User suffers any loss from that, the User agrees to waive the responsibility to pursue Junko;
- (2) The User understands and agrees that in order to provide the user with better services, Junko has the right to regularly or irregularly inspect, maintain, upgrade related equipment providing the Service, which may cause the relevant services to be interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time. If the loss is caused to the user by this, the user agrees to waive the responsibility of Junko.
- (3) The User understands and agrees that the service of Junko is provided in accordance with the current status of the existing technology and conditions. Junko will do its best to provide services to users and ensure the continuity and security of services. However, Junko cannot guarantee that the Services are flawless, nor can it foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons that may cause service interruption, data loss and other losses and risks. Therefore, the user also agrees that even if there are flaws in the services provided by Junko, the aforementioned flaws are unavoidable by the technical level of the industry at that time, and they will not be regarded as a breach of contract by Junko. At the same time, the user agrees to waive the responsibility of Junko for any loss of data or information caused to the user.
- (4) The User understands and agrees that in the process of using the Service, the Service may be interrupted due to force majeure and other risk factors. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable and unavoidable objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, and social events such as wars,turmoil, and government actions,etc.. In the case of these situations, Junko will strive to cooperate with the relevant authorities to repair in time. If these situations cause loss to the User, the User agrees to waive the responsibility of Junko.
- (5) The User understands and agrees that if the service is interrupted or blocked due to the following circumstances, causing loss to the user, the user agrees to waive the responsibility of Junko:
A.Damage by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs or hacker attacks;
B.Failure of computer software, systems, hardware and communication lines of the user or applications;
C.Improper user operation;
D.Users using the Service in unauthorised manners; and
E.Other circumstances that is beyond the control or reasonably unforeseeable of App.
- 16. INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Junko, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
(1)your use of and access to the Service;
(2)your violation of any term of the Agreement;
(3)your violation of any applicable laws and regulations;
(4)your violation of any third party's right, including but not limited to any intellectual right(for example, copyright), personal right, property right, or privacy right; or
(5)any claim or damage that your Content caused to a third party.
This defense and indemnification obligation in the Agreement will remain in effect throughout your use of the Service.
- 17. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE; MINORS POLICY

(1)You affirm that you are either an adult or an eligible minor of applicable laws and with your guardian's expressly consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in the Agreement.
A.You promise and guarantee that you have met the minimum age allowed by the laws of the location where this service is located and where you are located. If you do not meet the above requirements, you will not be allowed to use the service; the Service may require you to provide information to prove your real age. If the information you provide cannot prove that your age meets the applicable laws, or your information is false, untrue or stolen from others, your account may be temporarily or permanently terminated.
B.If you are a minor user according to applicable laws, you should obtain this service on the premise that your guardian explicitly agrees to this agreement and allows you to use this service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Your use will be deemed to have been agreed and permitted by your guardian. Your guardian should perform the corresponding guardianship responsibilities to ensure that your use of this service does not violate applicable laws and regulations and does not expose you to inappropriate content.
a.Any behaviour, especailly payment and subscription behaviour of yours shall be approved by your guardian and implemented under their supervision. When you make payment and subscription behaviors, it will be deemed that your guardian has made the above-mentioned consent and permission.
b.As users' Guardians, please keep your account and payment information (including any form of payment channel account and their passwords) properly. Junko does not bear any responsibility for consumption by minors without your permission due to your negligence.
C.If you are an adult user, you promise and guarantee that you know that this service will include minors, and promise and guarantee that the content you upload and share will not mislead such users or be inappropriate for such users, unless you have taken corresponding shielding measures according to the location of the service and the applicable laws of your location. User accounts that provide inappropriate content to minors will be permanently terminated.
- (2) Junko focuses on protecting the safety of minors, including personal safety and property safety. Any pornographic, obscene, vulgar, naked, violent, bloody, discriminatory content related to minors, including acts, speeches and content that incite, coerce, induce, and deceive minors to do so, are strictly prohibited from being posted and shared in the Service; any user account that violates this article will be permanently terminated.
- 18. ASSIGNMENT
- You may not transfer or assign any rights and licenses granted under the Agreement.
App, at its own discretion, may transfer or assign its rights and licenses granted under the Agreement to its affiliates or third parties without prior notice. However, the App will inform you of the relevant situation if a major decision of transfer or assignment is made.
- 19. APPLICABLE LAWS; JURISDICTION
- (1) You agree that:
A.the Service is controlled and offered by Junko from its facilities in Hong Kong;
B.the Service shall be deemed solely based in Hong Kong; and
C.the Service does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Junko, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than HongKong.
- (2) App makes no gurantee that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
- (3) If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- (4) The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between You and Junko that arises in whole or in part from the Service shall be solved through friendly negotiation. if such negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre("HKIAC") for arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in force at the time of the institution. The arbitration result is final and shall have legal effect on both parties
- 20. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- The Junko team pays attention to and is committed to protecting your personal privacy and personal information during the use of the Service. The registration information, usage information you provide and other personal information about you retained by Junko will be protected by the Privacy Policy of Junko and the relevant laws and regulations.
Also, Junko will limit access to your information to employees who, Junko believes reasonably, need to make use of the aforesaid information to provide products or services to you or simply in order to fulfill their jobs as may be required by Junko.
For information on how Junko collects, uses and shares your personal information, please refer to the Privacy Protection Terms. By using the Service, you agree to Junko’s use and protection of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- 21. NOTIFICATION
- (1) Junko may send rules, notices, reminders and other information about the Service to you in one or more of the methods,such as web announcements, web prompts, emails, mobile phone text messages,posting regular mails, and sending in-site letters within the management system of your account of the Service. Once such information is published or sent by Junko in any of the aforementioned ways, it is deemed that you have accepted and agreed, and it will be binding on the user. If the user does not accept, please notify Junko in writing, otherwise it is deemed that the user has accepted and agreed.
- (2) If the user does not receive the relevant rules, notices, prompts and other information due to the errors in the email address, mobile phone number, address and other information provided by the user, it will still be deemed that the user has received the relevant information and is bound by it, and all consequences and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.
- (3) If you have any matters that need to notify to Junko, you should notify Junko in writing according to the contact information officially announced by the Service.
- 22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
- (1) You agree that Junko, on its sole discretion, may terminate your account or use of the Service (or any part of the Service) and/or remove any content from the Service for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, or if Junko believes that you have violated the terms of the Agreement.You acknowledge and agree thatJunko may immediately close or delete your account and all related information and documents in your account and/or block any further access to such documents or the Service without prior notice.Furthermore, you agree that Junko will not be liable to you or to any third party if your use of the Service is interrupted, terminated, or if your account and related information and documents are closed or deleted.
- (2) Junko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. If the User notifies Junko that he does not accept the Agreement or its modification, Junko has the right to suspend or terminate the Service provided to the User at any time.
- (3) If the user cannot continue using the Service, or Junko cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, Junko has the right to terminate the Agreement at any time.
- (4) Junko shall suspend or terminate the Service to the User at any time if other conditions of suspension or termination as agreed in the Agreement occur or are fulfilled.
- (5) Junko has the right to terminate the the Service, in accordance with the Agreement, if the User directly or indirectly registers to use the Service, or registers to use the Service in another person's name after the User’s account has been terminated due to the User's violation of the Agreement.
- (6) If the Agreement or the Service is terminated for any reason, Junko may retain or delete all information in the User's account, or any information stored inJunko server by the User using the Service, including any information that the User has not completed before the termination of the Service.
- (7) You agree that Junko shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or termination of the Service.
- 23. SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS
- (1) Junko advocates respect for your rights, and calls on users to respect the rights of others.
If you have infringed on any kind of rights of others,Junko will delete specific content or terminate your account temporarily or permanently in accordance with national laws and regulations, or in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the Agreement or its relevant regulatory provisions.
If any content in Junko or users' use of Junko has infringed on your rights, please contact UID:10 in the Service as soon as possible to provide the necessary supporting materials and statements. After receiving your notification, Junko will verify and confirm the situation of the alleged infringing content, provide a solution as soon as possible and contact you in time.
- (2) This Agreement constitutes an agreement between you and Junko. You shall also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use the Services, content or software provided by third parties. By registering or using any service under this Agreement, the User shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. Junko reserves the right to modify the Agreement or the its content when necessary. If you continues to use the Service after the relevant content is changed, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the modified content. If you do not accept the revised content, you should stop using the relevant services.
- (3) Any disclaimers, notifications or cautions regarding the usage of particular Services, which are issued through various methods (including, but not limited to, webpage announcements, emails and SMS reminders) shall be deemed to form part of this Agreement. Usage of such Services shall be deemed to be a confirmation of your acceptance of the content of such disclaimers, notifications and cautions.
- (4) No waiver of any provision of the Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and any failure by Junko to assert any right or provision under the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- (5) The titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
- (6) Junko reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement for any changes. Your use of the Service following any amendment of the Agreement will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
- (7) You and Junko Agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Services must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues.Otherwise,Such cause of action is permanently barred.
